Developing Executive Presence®

In our highly interactive session, you will learn that Executive Presence is MUCH MORE than the clothes you wear or how you enter a room. We'll spend time crawling around inside the mind of executives who have Executive Presence and see how a leader THINKS and COMMUNICATES. That is where Executive Presence meets Business Presence. We explore that thinking process in our half or full-day workshop. BTW, an Armani suit never hurt!
Communicating Your Personal Brand

Packaging your own brand and articulating your value is one of the smartest career moves you can make. Our workshop explores what makes up your personal brand and how to communicate a consistent brand image. We offer a 10-step process for honing personal brand and strategies for strengthening that brand in your day-to-day communications. Cracking the CXO Code: Speaking to the C-Suite
It's a different world up there in the CXO suite. The air is thinner and the attention spans are zip. Everything is different. Almost sounds like they speak a different language. Do you know the CXO code? Cracking that code means having a mindset and messages that are strategic, sophisticated, and value-rich. No way can you drone thru a non-stop, 30-slide deck talking about your product, your service, your features and functions. You have to know what will move the movers and shakers, and what will shake them up. That's the focus of our full-day, highly interactive workshop. You will understand the value-rich mindset needed to converse at the CXO level. This workshop is performance-based with videotapings of your pitch.
Communicating with Multi-Generational Customers
A3, JAM, BBL, SSDD, WAH, L8R, 404. There is a whole new language in the workplace. Are you fluent in Millennial? Or do you speak Traditional, Boomer or X? For the first time, we have four generations in our working world, each with different life experiences, values, drivers, and most importantly, distinct ways of communicating.
